Opportunity overview

This role sits close to the customer from discovery through hypercare. You would help enterprise teams turn finance, sales, service, procurement, inventory, HR, and approval processes into workable SaaS configuration while keeping implementation scope clear and adoption realistic.

What you would work on

  • Run discovery workshops with finance, sales, service, operations, and management teams.
  • Translate business processes into ERP/CRM configuration, workflows, approvals, dashboards, and user roles.
