System integration and data migration

The Blue LED Global provides system integration and data migration in Lebanon, Syria, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Integration connects ongoing ERP, CRM and SaaS data exchanges; migration transfers an agreed data set into a target platform. Use this service when applications need to work together or a rollout requires validated source data.

What this service covers

The Blue LED Global connects enterprise applications and prepares business data for new platforms. Integration defines ongoing information exchange; migration moves an agreed set of records into the target system with validation and reconciliation.

We plan both around data ownership and operating needs. Field mapping, transformation rules, error handling and cutover responsibilities are documented for business and technical review before production.

Scope and deliverables

The delivery scope is agreed during discovery and matched to your platform, business priorities and internal responsibilities.

Interface and data assessment

Inventory source and target systems, APIs, data entities, dependencies and the business owner for each flow.

Integration design and build

Define interface contracts, authentication, mapping, synchronization and exceptions; implement agreed API or middleware connections.

Migration preparation

Profile data, define cleansing rules, run trial loads and reconcile records, totals and critical attributes.

Cutover and handover

Agree extraction, validation and rollback responsibilities; document monitoring, troubleshooting and support ownership.

What to prepare for discovery

These inputs help define the work, dependencies and acceptance criteria before an implementation plan is agreed.

  • Source and target applications, API documentation and environment access needs.
  • Data samples, volumes, quality issues, historical scope and reconciliation criteria.
  • Sync frequency, acceptable downtime, owners and the target cutover window.

Practical questions

Should we integrate existing systems or migrate into a new platform?

Use integration when existing systems remain active and need ongoing exchanges, such as customers or orders. Use migration when an agreed set of records moves into a new target system. If both are needed, define data ownership, historical scope, synchronization and reconciliation separately so each has clear acceptance and support responsibilities.

How do you check migrated data?

We agree checks with business owners, including record counts, financial totals, relationships and critical fields. Trial loads expose issues that are corrected and retested before final acceptance.

Can a legacy system without a modern API be integrated?

We assess supported access methods and vendor restrictions first. File exchange, middleware or other documented interfaces may be suitable. Design depends on reliability, security, data quality and what the source permits.
