The Blue LED Global helps enterprises in Lebanon plan and implement ERP systems for finance, procurement, inventory and connected operations. We agree the business scope, configure the selected platform, migrate validated data, connect required systems and prepare users and support for go-live. Delivery scope and platform fit are confirmed during discovery.
Bring your finance, operations and IT owners into discovery. These planning questions make local requirements explicit; your accountant and legal advisers approve the requirements that apply to your business.
Currencies and reporting
Which transaction, settlement and reporting currencies are required? Agree exchange-rate sources, dates, rounding and sample reports with finance.
Accounting and documents
Provide approved invoice, tax, account and reporting examples. Your accountant confirms applicable requirements before configuration and acceptance.
Arabic and English
Identify user languages, document templates, terminology, permissions and training needs. Confirm language support for the selected product edition.
Connectivity and continuity
Review user locations, internet reliability, access controls, backup recovery and how critical work continues during an outage.
Existing data and integrations
Inventory spreadsheets, accounting systems, stock records, POS and banking interfaces. Assign owners and confirm licensed access and vendor availability.

A discovery starting point; the signed scope determines what is included.

Implementation stages
01
Discover
Define the first release, roles, local inputs and platform requirements.
02
Design and configure
Approve processes and controls, then configure a test environment.
03
Migrate and integrate
Run trial data loads and interface tests with reconciliation evidence.
04
Validate and train
Business owners approve UAT; users practise their day-to-day tasks.
05
Go live and support
Approve cutover readiness, track issues and hand over operational ownership.
Cost drivers and timeline dependencies
Cost depends on the selected licence, modules, entities, user groups, data cleanup, integrations, custom workflows, training and support model. Software licences, third-party charges and implementation work should be identified separately in a proposal. A useful estimate requires a reviewed discovery scope.
Timing depends on product access, finance decisions, clean data, interface owners, available testers and sign-off. Agree a planning range and milestones after discovery. A phased release may reduce initial scope; no fixed 90-day completion is promised.
Buyer questions
Which ERP platform should we choose?
Start with your finance and operating requirements, existing systems, budget and product availability. Compare edition, language support, integrations, licensing and support before deciding. Kingdee and other platform pages explain implementation context; listing a platform does not establish vendor status.
Can we keep an existing accounting or POS system?
Possibly. Discovery checks system ownership, accessible APIs or exports, licensed access, reconciliation and exception handling. Agree which system owns each record before specifying an interface.
Do you handle data migration and training?
These can be included in the agreed scope. Your team owns source data and approvals; we plan mappings, trial loads, reconciliation, role-based training and acceptance evidence.
Is support included after go-live?
Agree hypercare, incident priorities, coverage hours, escalation, response targets and ongoing support responsibilities in the proposal. Support terms depend on the engagement.
How do we start?
Share your company, current systems, priority functions, entities, users, language needs and desired rollout window. Our Beirut contact is available through the contact page; confirm remote or workshop delivery during discovery.
